The Clinical Manager is a registered professional nurse who supports the Chief Operating Officer in overall operations of the clinical area.　 He/she demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and possesses the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, patient satisfaction and positive employee relations in alignment with BCHC mission, vision, values and policies. The Clinical Manager is skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team in the delivery of services to our patient population. The Clinical Manager assures quality of care is delivered to our patients and demonstrates effective stewardship of resources.
